1 cup almond milk
1 cup coffee
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon cinnamon
BLEND AWAY!!
Yum! I’m going to try this with coconut milk.

Dressing
Mix together all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Feel free to add any veggies you might have - - don’t be afraid to improvise, you guys.
Next, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the salad. VOILA!
This makes a BIG bowl of salad that you can get several meals out of. I topped mine with salsa and a little shredded cheese. Sour cream or non-fat plain yogurt might be good on there, too.
